2 Days/One Night Wae Rebo

Wae Rebo Village is a hidden mountain paradise and one of the most iconic traditional villages in Flores. Surrounded by lush green hills, this UNESCO-recognized village offers a unique cultural experience with its famous cone-shaped houses, rich Manggarai traditions, and warm local hospitality, making it a perfect destination for nature and culture lovers.

Detailed Itinerary (Day by Day)

DAY 1

The road trip starts at 07:30 – 08-30 AM local time.
Travel by car from Labuan Bajo to Denge Village takes about 4-5 hours.
Lunch are provided during the road trip, followed by preparations for trekking to Waerebo Cultural Village.
The trek will take approximately 2-3 hours (depending on body condition and endurance) from Denge (valley) to the peak (Waerebo Village). It is strongly recommended that participants are in good physical condition.
Upon arrival at the village, participants will be treated to a welcoming ceremony at the head’s house, followed by observing and experiencing the daily life of the local community
Dinner and overnight stay at Mbaru Niang (traditional Waerebo cone-shaped house with unique architecture)
