Terms and Conditions

1. How to Book

To confirm your booking, guests are required to provide complete travel details such as full name, number of participants, travel date, selected tour package, and contact information. Bookings can be made through WhatsApp, email, Instagram, or directly via our website. A booking is considered confirmed only after the deposit payment has been received.

2. Payment

A deposit is required to secure your reservation, while the remaining balance must be completed before the trip starts or upon arrival, depending on the agreed arrangement. A minimum deposit of 50% is required to secure your reservation. The remaining full payment must be completed at least 15 days before the trip begins. Payment can be made via bank transfer or other approved payment methods provided by Siaba Tour Bajo. All payments must be made in accordance with the agreed schedule.

3. Cancellation

Cancellations requested by guests are non-refundable and will be treated as cancellation fees. Deposits are generally non-refundable unless the cancellation is caused by force majeure, weather conditions, or operational issues from our side. For rescheduling requests, we will do our best to accommodate based on availability.

4. Liability

Siaba Tour Bajo acts as a travel organizer and is responsible for arranging the services included in the package. However, we are not liable for delays, accidents, injuries, loss of personal belongings, weather disruptions, natural disasters, government restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. Guests are responsible for ensuring their personal safety and following all tour guidelines.

5. Insurance

Travel insurance is not automatically included in our standard tour packages unless specifically stated. We highly recommend all guests arrange their own personal travel insurance, including health, accident, and trip cancellation coverage, before joining the tour for maximum safety and protection.
